I have seen the colors
Of your heart,
Your angels
And your demons,
And I love them all.
I have seen the colors
Of your heart
The dark purple bruises
And the bright golden light
And I say yes
To them all
I have seen the colors
Of your heart—
You have painted them
All over my body
All over my heart
All over my soul.
I have seen the colors
Of your heart
And you have seen mine.
I say yes to now
I say yes to forever
I say yes to never again
